The owner is frequently seen in the restaurant keeping an eye on things and greeting and checking in on guests which is always great to see. All are slightly upscale versions of classics. Tacos are on the specials frequently and those are always a hit as are the nachos and wings. It just blends beautifully and is unique. My all time favorite sheet is the sausage, as it has nice blend of sausages, onions, peppers and also a pesto sauce on top and some ricotta in addition to the cheese and tomato sauce. a favorite is gone! We have had several of their pizzas called "sheets" because they are rectangular and served on top of a sheet pan. They change the menu just enough to keep it interesting, but not so much that you are disappointed that. Each time, we really enjoy the food and experience. We have been to 16C at least 6 or 7 times in the last year or so.
